Yes! Many participants are solo travelers. Our convoys are designed to be safe, social, and welcoming—you’ll make lifelong friends on the road.

We keep groups small—12 to 20 travelers on average, with a maximum of 25 for safety and comfort.

Travel & Itinerary

Yes, we run fixed-departure convoys. However, tailor-made trips for private groups or corporates can be arranged.

Yes. Depending on the route, you may enjoy extras like hot air ballooning in Cappadocia, Northern Lights tours in Scandinavia, or wine tasting in Europe. These are optional and at additional cost.

Overland journeys depend on political, weather, and border conditions. While we aim to follow the published plan, routes or stays may be altered—always prioritizing safety and comfort.

Vehicles

Yes! You can bring your own SUV or 4x4. The vehicle must be in excellent condition, with all valid documents. If you prefer not to, we can help arrange one for you.

We mostly use SUVs and 4x4s, suitable for long drives and mixed terrains. Vehicles are well-maintained, comfortable, and expedition-ready.

No. Driving is optional. You can relax while someone else drives if you prefer.

A support vehicle with crew travels in every convoy, carrying spares, fuel, and emergency gear. Minor assistance is provided, but repairs and costs remain the participant’s responsibility.

Documents & Formalities

A valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), required visas, and an International Driving Permit (if you plan to drive). Our team guides you through every step.
Yes, multiple visas are required depending on the expedition. Our team provides guidance and assistance with applications.
Yes, all participants must sign a Release of Liability & Waiver Form before departure.

Stays & Meals

We select 4-star and 5-star hotels, boutique properties, and sometimes luxury camps, ensuring maximum comfort after long drives.

Yes. Most packages include breakfast and dinner. Lunch is flexible—sometimes packed, sometimes enjoyed en route at scenic or local stops.

Safety & Health

Safety is our top priority. We travel in convoys, with backup crew, pre-planned routes, and all required permits.

Yes. Comprehensive insurance covering medical, accident, and trip cancellation is mandatory.

Requirements vary by country. We’ll guide you before departure. COVID-19 vaccination is strongly recommended.
Drivers must be 25 years or older with at least 2 years of license experience. Non-drivers of all ages are welcome, subject to fitness for long journeys.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Accommodation, most meals, visa guidance, permits, support crew, logistics, and activities listed in the itinerary.

International flights, insurance, refundable deposits, personal expenses, and optional excursions.

No. International flights to/from the start and end points must be booked separately. We’ll guide you on best timings.

Cancellation charges apply as per our Terms & Conditions. The closer to departure, the higher the fee.

Deposits are non-refundable. Balance payments follow our cancellation policy.
In rare cases—like safety risks, border closures, or low group size—we may cancel or postpone. Refunds/adjustments will follow our policy.
If you exit for personal/medical reasons, refunds are not possible. Our team will assist with alternate arrangements.
